Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Beautician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in various beauty treatments, including skincare, facials, waxing, threading, makeup, and other salon services. You will be responsible for enhancing clients’ appearance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and professional salon environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of beauty services, including facials, waxing, threading, makeup, and skin treatments.
- Assess clients’ skin and beauty needs to recommend suitable treatments.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty techniques, trends, and products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon and beauty tools.
- Offer professional advice on skincare and beauty regimens.
- Promote and upsell salon services and beauty products.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beautician.
- Expertise in skincare, facials, waxing, threading, and makeup application.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of beauty products and treatments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Salary: ₹10,000 & above (depending on experience)
